couples average spend $4,550 - $5,250
This is where things get a whole lot different. I believe every couple deserves to celebrate and relish their special day without feeling rushed or restricted to a timeline. That’s why my wedding & elopement photography packages offer flexibility in terms of coverage and have buffer time built into them. Let’s do it differently, focus solely on the memories, & make this day yours. I offer a few different wedding & elopement photography collections that cater to different needs & celebrations, from all-day weddings to intimate elopements to courthouse adventures; there’s a place for every love-story. My wedding & elopement photography collections include:
$500.00
Yes! Travel is included for most sessions and weddings within the Chicagoland area where I take root. Anything outside of this radius or any urban city session may require additional travel fees or a "travel stipend" including fuel, mileage, hotel, flight, rental car, transportation, food, baggage, and parking. I will let you know if any travel fees apply upon inquiring!
I will do research on my end to find out if any permit fees would apply. In the event permit fees would apply for a desired location, I would gather all the details + information and send it over to you. However, you would be responsible for obtaining and paying the permit fee!
Understanding that photography is an investment, I do offer payment plans to let the dreams become reality, with no limitations holding us back. Wedding & elopement collections are on a 3-split payment schedule, meaning I take the total price and divide it into 3 equal payments to be paid at equal intervals up until the event date. Lifestyle & portrait photography sessions are on a two-split payment schedule. I’m more than happy to work out a different payment plan that works best for you, if requested!
Your final gallery will include only edited images. I do not provide the RAW (unedited) images as it negates the creative process and artful imagery that I aim to produce and deliver in my work.
A good rule of thumb is to multiply 50 photos by the number of hours spent photographing. However, every love-story and wedding day is unique, so the number of images delivered will depend on YOUR day. Wedding galleries typically range from 400 - 800 photos, and portrait sessions typically range from 50 - 100 images!
Turnaround time for wedding & elopement galleries is anywhere from 4-16 weeks. Lifestyle & portrait sessions is anywhere from 2-4 weeks. However, I always aim to deliver galleries as quickly as possible and typically turnaround galleries on the shorter end of those ranges.
A standard recommended wedding photography timeline is 8 hours. Photography coverage typically starts 3-4 hours before ceremony and ends about 1 hour into open dance. However, not every love story is a “one size fits all” and each wedding day is so uniquely different and may require more or less coverage!
The best time to schedule a photoshoot is an hour before sunset! At this point in the day, the sun is dipping towards one side of the earth, which creates a very ideal lighting scenario for photography and allows us to take advantage of the softer, golden-hour light. If we’re opting for an indoor session, as long as we have enough natural light coming in and we shoot for a time where the sun is still out (10AM - 4PM, depending on the season), we’ll be set up for success!
This depends! Having multiple photographers can really help with time management throughout your day, and is especially helpful if you need your photographer to be in two places at once (ex: if both sides of the bridal party will be getting ready at separate locations, etc). Having multiple photographers can also give you more variety and perspectives in your gallery - capturing both of your reactions during first look & ceremony, the behind-the-scene moments you may have missed with your guests, and much more.
If I happen to be unavailable for your date, but you still want to work with me and are madly in-love with my approach, process, and editing style, you have the option of working with my team of associate photographers! My team of associate photographers were hand-selected by me to blend with my brand and style of photography. I will still be handling all of the planning, communication, and editing, while looping the associate photographer into our project space so they’re up-to-date on all the details and we can tag team! Many of the images you see in my portfolio were shot by my team of associates.
